Service Appointments and Access
- Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property for scheduled services.
- If access is denied or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Customers must follow preparation guidelines before services are performed.

Pricing and Payments
- Pricing is based on the type of service, size of the property, and level of infestation.
- Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.

Warranties and Limitations
- We offer warranties on certain treatments as specified in your service agreement.
- Effectiveness of treatments depends on proper sanitation and customer compliance with recommendations.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues or undisclosed conditions.

Liability and Safety
- Our technicians follow industry safety standards, but customers should vacate treated areas as advised.
- All Clear Pest Control is not liable for adverse reactions due to exposure to treatment products.
- Customers must notify us of any pets, allergies, or health concerns prior to service.

Cancellations and Refunds
- Customers may cancel services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Refunds may be issued at the discretion of All Clear Pest Control for unsatisfactory services, provided a re-treatment is first attempted.

Termination of Services
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if safety concerns arise or if a customer breaches these terms.
- Any misuse of services or failure to follow treatment guidelines may void warranties.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
